Welcome to Super School AI ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate the Super School AI mobile application (the "App"), which helps preschool teachers manage their classes and connects parents to their children's progress. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard Personal Data of our users.

- "User" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the App, including teachers, parents, and, indirectly, children.
- "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to Super School AI.
- "You" or "Your" refers to the user of the App.
3. Information We Collect
3.1. Registration & Account Data
When you register as a Teacher or Parent, we collect:
- Name (teacher's or parent's name)
- Email address (used for login, notifications, and support)
- Phone number (used for OTP verification, updates, and customer support)
- Password (stored in hashed form)
3.2. Child-Related & Assessment Data
Important: All data relating to a child's physical or mental health is considered Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) under Indian law. We collect and store this data only after obtaining explicit parental or guardian consent.
- Student ID: Generated by the system and stored on your device
- Physical Measurements: Height, weight, calculated BMI value and category, date and time of measurements
- Mental & Behavioral Assessment Data: Assessment dates, responses, scores, areas for support, detailed question responses
3.3. Usage, Device & Technical Data
- IP Address (for analytics, security, and fraud prevention)
- Device Identifiers (Device ID, OS version, App version)
- Log Data (timestamps, crash reports, error logs)
- Cookies & Similar Technologies (when applicable)
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected Personal Data for the following purposes:

Register users and verify identity through OTP verification

Display assessments, dashboards, AI assistance, and push notifications
