1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Super School AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Super School AI mobile application (the "App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (available at the Privacy Policy URL in the App), constitute the entire agreement between you and Super School AI regarding your use of the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Definitions

• "App" means the Super School AI mobile application, available for iOS and Android.
• "Teacher" means a registered user authorized to manage preschool classes, track attendance, record student assessments, post announcements, and interact with parents.
• "Parent" means a registered user with read-only access to their child's schedule, announcements, assessments, and related features.
• "Content" refers to any text, images, videos, audio, or other media you upload, submit, or generate via the App (such as announcements, assessment results, chat messages).
• "Intellectual Property Rights" means all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, moral rights, and any other proprietary rights.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

3.1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Super School AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App on your mobile device (iOS or Android).
• Access and use the App's features solely for educational and communication purposes related to your preschool.

3.2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not allow others to:

• Copy, Modify, or Distribute any part of the App or any of our proprietary Content, except as expressly authorized by us.
• Reverse Engineer, Decompile, or Disassemble the App (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law).
• Use the App for Unauthorized Activities, including spamming, transmitting malicious code, or harvesting data.
• Sell, Rent, Lease, or License access to the App or any derived data to third parties.
• Remove or Alter any proprietary notices, copyright, or trademark legends in the App or Content.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

4.1. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register as a Teacher or a Parent. You must furnish accurate, complete, and current information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@superschoolartificialintelligence.com.

4.2. User Conduct & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By uploading Content, you grant Super School AI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Content solely to provide the App's functionality. You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, and we may delete your Content and Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App remain the exclusive property of Super School AI. The Super School AI name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Super School AI. You may not use such trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

Super School AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super School AI from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your Content and Personal Data according to our Privacy Policy's retention schedule.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.

Arbitration (Optional): Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Mumbai as the seat of arbitration.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the App with updated dates and may include push notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
